Heidi Finniff has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Heidi started their career in 2005 as a Branch Manager at USBank and gained experience in managing branches until 2011. Heidi then joined First Federal Lakewood in 2011, initially as an AVP Branch Manager and later as an AVP Commercial Business Banking Officer. In 2016, they joined PNC as a VP Business Banker, and in 2018, they worked at CresCom Bank as a VP Commercial Banking. From 2019 to 2022, they held the role of VP Business Banking at F.N.B. Corporation. Currently, they are working as a VP Commercial Banker at First Capital Bank since 2022.

Heidi Finniff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Saint Mary's College. In 2015, they obtained a Certification in Business and Commercial Lending from the American Bankers Association.
