J. Heath Shatouhy

J. Heath Shatouhy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. J. Heath started their career as the General Manager and Director of Human Resources at Gillian Brothers Inc., where they managed a large team and handled insurance and liability claims. J. Heath then worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Coppola Services, Inc. In 2006, they joined Insperity as an HR Consultant and Certified Business Performance Advisor. J. Heath Shatouhy then took on the role of Chief Revenue Officer and later Strategic Advisor at theEMPLOYEEapp, where they played a pivotal role in creating a new category of mobile communication apps. J. Heath then moved on to become the SVP of Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Talent Acquisition at Jitjatjo, where they led a high-performance team and developed strategic plans for global markets. Most recently, they have served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Immerse and is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at PayGiv, working towards supporting nonprofits through seamless integration of giving into daily life experiences.

J. Heath Shatouhy has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College and a High School Diploma from The Haverford School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a GBAC-Trained Technician from ISSA - The Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association in 2020 and as a Certified Business Performance Advisor in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business in 2011.
