Lindsey Thomas has extensive experience in customer service roles, currently as a Customer Service Representative at Fireside Hearth & Home since January 2014, managing high volumes of customer interactions and coordinating with builders, contractors, and homeowners. Previous positions include Front Desk Receptionist at Westway Business Center, Market Researcher at ROI2, and Internship at WETA, where production assistance was provided for a PBS program. Additional experience includes Property Analyst at Harris Corporation IT Services and various clerical roles at the University of Mary Washington, contributing to administrative and research support. Lindsey holds a BA in Anthropology from the University of Mary Washington and a documentary degree from the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies.
