Lori Clyne, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Firefly Children and Family Alliance since April 2021, following a role as Director of Human Resources at Families First from December 2013 to April 2021, where support was provided to the organization's mission of strengthening families and communities. Clyne is also the owner of Clyne Employee Solutions, which focuses on health and human resource partnerships for individuals and small to medium companies, with previous experience as Talent Manager & Government Solutions at Language Training Center, Inc., and Director of Operations & Human Resources at CSCI Consulting. Clyne's career began as Operations Manager at The Escape Limited, managing diverse teams and operations. Clyne holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Psychology & Communications from Indiana University Bloomington.
