Jo Ann Fechter has extensive experience in human resources, having held positions such as Assistant Director of Human Resources and Human Resource Generalist at The Children's Home Society of NJ. Jo Ann also worked as a Rater Recruitment Manager at ETS and as a Human Resource Director/EEO Officer at Base Ten Systems, Inc. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Peirce College.
