Ben Weaver started their work experience in 2014 as a Bagger/Warehouse worker at Rodhes IGA Marketplace. After that, they worked as an IT Assistant at The Commercial & Savings Bank from August 2016 to January 2019. From May 2019, Ben joined Ontario Systems as a Software Engineering Intern and then transitioned to the role of Software Engineer I in December 2020.

Ben Weaver attended West Holmes High School from 2012 to 2016. Ben then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Kent State University from 2016 to 2020.
