Ken Niles, MBA, has a diverse work experience in project management and consulting roles in the field of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
Beginning in 2016, Ken worked at CheckPoint Consulting, LLC as a Project Manager/Hyperion & EPM Consultant. Here, they managed various aspects of projects, including documentation, scope management, communication, and budget performance. Ken also served as an EPM and Hyperion consultant, specializing in Essbase to Cloud transitions and supporting clients with knowledge transfer processes.
In 2017, Ken joined Huron as a Consulting Analyst. Ken'sresponsibilities included implementing Hyperion Planning On-Prem and Cloud applications, creating customized navigation flows, building financial reports, and designing data entry forms and dashboards. Ken also contributed to the creation of user guides, artifact trackers, and various other EPM-related tasks.
In 2019, Ken moved to Vertical Edge Consulting Group as a Consultant, further honing their expertise in EPM tools and strategies.
In February 2020, Ken became part of Inspirage, LLC, following their acquisition of Vertical Edge Consulting Group. As the Lead EPM Consultant and Program Manager, they oversaw managed services and led teams of up to 20 employees. Ken'sproject and support engagements involved various EPM tools such as PBCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase Cloud, HFM, FCCS, and Financial Reporting Web Studio.
Ken then joined Peloton Consulting Group in 2021 as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant. In this role, they continued to provide project management and consulting services.
Most recently, in May 2022, Ken joined Finit Solutions as a Project Management Specialist, where they apply their expertise in managing projects effectively.

Ken Niles, MBA, has a diverse education history. Ken completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business Management from Eckerd College, attending from 1997 to 2001. Following this, they pursued higher education at Ashland University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business/Project Management. This program was completed in 2020. In addition to these formal degrees, Ken has also obtained professional certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) through the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in 2019, Ken achieved certification as an Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle.
