Redis Farka has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as the Director of International Strategy at Finicity, a Mastercard Company. Prior to that, Redis was the Business Owner at ONEIAM. Previously, Redis held leadership positions at Zija International and XanGo, where they served as the Vice President of International, Director of Field Development, Director of Global Training and Communications, Sr. Director of International Development, Director of International Operations, and Rotating Manager. Before entering the corporate world, Redis gained experience as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial and as an Operations Manager at Wal-Mart Stores Inc. They also served as a Technical Director at Safestone Group, where they led a team and implemented inventory controls.

Redis Farka began their education at Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Redis then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Brigham Young University, from 2000 to 2003. Farka furthered their education by completing an MBA in Finance at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business, from 2006 to 2008.
