Court Whitman is a Certified Professional Coach with extensive experience in leadership and high-performance environments. Court has worked as a Managing Director and Principal Coach for Court Whitman Inspiring High Performance since 2017, where they have over 2,000 coaching hours with clients as an Executive & Leadership Coach. Their coaching approach focuses on building relationships, understanding, raising awareness, increasing competence, and enabling growth. In addition, Court has been a Keynote Speaker since 2017, delivering energetic presentations on High Performance Habits associated with Leadership and Management. Court has also served as an Adventure Guide, leading Leadership Immersion and Character Development Adventures in various national and state parks. Court has been a Podcast Host, conducting intimate conversations with professionals on achieving high performance. Court has worked as an Executive Coach for The COMMIT Foundation, bridging gaps in the transition of high-performing veterans. Court is currently a Master & High Performance Coach for Fingerprint for Success and a Lead Coach and Executive Leadership Coach for Olin Business School at Washington University. Court Whitman, Professional Cert. Coach, has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International/Global Studies from Virginia Military Institute. Additionally, they hold a diploma in Organizational Leadership from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

In terms of certifications, Whitman obtained a Certified Leadership Coach certification from the George Mason University College of Public Health. Court also has several additional certifications including a Leadership Coach certification from George Mason University - College of Health and Human Services, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coach Federation.
