Michael Cho has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Michael started their career at Citibank where they served as a Manager, designing and implementing credit line management programs. Michael then joined Towers Perrin / Cresap McCormick and Paget as a Managing Consultant. After that, they became a Principal at Price Waterhouse, where they co-developed the firm's Reengineering for Revenue suite of services.
Michael went on to work at Monitor Group as a Global Account Manager, advising top US and foreign corporations on strategic and organizational issues. Following that, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Brainrush, Inc, an incubator of seed stage internet and technology companies.
In 2001, Michael became the Founder & Chief Strategist at DRX (formerly DestinationRx), where they developed a go-to-market strategy for new ACA market opportunities. Michael also served as the President & CEO of DRX, accountable for company strategy and technical operations.
In 2013, Michael joined CONNECTURE as the Chief Innovation Officer and Medicare Segment Leader, responsible for strategy and financial performance. Michael also served as the Chief Innovation Officer, New Markets, leading the company's product innovation strategy for emerging private exchange markets.
Most recently, Michael co-founded MyMedicareBot in 2017 and currently serves as the Co-Founder & CEO.
Michael Cho attended Columbia University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned an A.B. degree in East Asian Studies. Michael then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1988 to 1990, obtaining an MBA with a focus on Marketing Strategy. In 2008, they obtained a Life and Health License from the California Department of Insurance.
