Hannah Winch has a diverse range of work experience. Hannah started their career as a Lifeguard at Woodson YMCA in 2010, where they ensured the safety of patrons, provided first aid and CPR, and performed pool maintenance. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Summer Employee at Greenwood Hills Country Club. In 2013, they interned as a Field Engineering Intern at the City of Wausau Engineering Department. In 2014, Hannah became a Statistical Analysis Assistant at Hanna Consulting Group, Inc. and also served as a Civil Engineering Department Administrative Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Their most recent role, starting in 2015, is as a Project Engineer at J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., where they have been involved in various site layout tasks, generated As-Builts on utilities, coordinated site work tasks with team members and subcontractors, and assisted with construction observations and reporting.

Hannah Winch earned their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011 to 2015.
