Kassem Diab is an experienced professional in the field of service management and operations, currently serving as the Service Manager for Accommodations and Operations Lead for Accommodation Services at MACC Branch since November 2018. Previously, Kassem held roles as Facility Management Executive and Press and PR Officer at Solidere from April 2013 to August 2018, and worked as a Research Analyst at UNDP from August 2010 to August 2012. Earlier in Kassem's career, a position was held as a Broker at SSH Maritime from October 2008 to June 2010. Kassem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from City University of Seattle, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and completed a High School Diploma in International Business at Grenoble Ecole de Management from 2006 to 2008.
