Kathy Ciccolini has over 25 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Kathy'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Human Resources at Financial Horizons, where they have been since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the same company from May 2020 to November 2022.
Before joining Financial Horizons, Kathy held leadership positions at various organizations. In terms of additional certifications, Kathy obtained their Certified Human Resources Leader designation from the HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association) in October 2023. Kathy also holds a Certified Human Resources Professional certification from the HRPA, obtained in 2019. Furthermore, Kathy completed the Advanced Human Resources Law for Senior HR Executives course at Osgoode Professional Development in 2017. Kathy has also pursued training in alternative dispute resolution, obtaining an Advanced Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Stitt Feld Handy Group.
