Marc M. is an experienced human capital professional currently serving as the Head of Human Capital for Asia at Marshall Wace since March 2023. Prior to this role, Marc held the position of APAC HR Business Partner at Natixis Investment Managers from October 2019 to March 2023, managing strategic and operational HR functions for the Asia Pacific region. Marc's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at UBS, where strategic HR support was provided for Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Fintech in Hong Kong and China. Additionally, Marc was Vice President of Human Capital at Boyd Corp, leading global initiatives for talent development and acquisition across multiple regions. Marc began the career as Head of Practice at Talent2, delivering HR solutions across diverse industries in the Asia Pacific. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Newcastle University and has further education from Renmin University of China.
