Olesya Bespalova-Milek has extensive experience in statistical services and project management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Manager of Statistical Services and Senior Statistician at IMS Health since March 2013. Key responsibilities include overseeing the production stages of Retail Audit projects across Russia and providing statistical support for CIS countries, alongside designing and improving methodologies. Additionally, Olesya has been a Senior Lecturer at the Finance University since December 2013, teaching System Analysis in Economics. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Pharmexpert, where Olesya managed projects in the Balkans and contributed to market analysis and forecasting. Olesya's educational background includes a bachelor's degree in sociology from Novosibirsk State University, a master's degree in sociology from the Higher School of Economics, and postgraduate studies in Systems Analysis in Economics from the Finance University.
