Lisa Willsey has extensive experience in project management and client enablement, currently serving as Manager of Client Enablement and Manager of Project Management at Finalsite since January 2015. In these roles, Lisa oversees the Project Management Team, ensuring the successful onboarding, training, and performance management necessary for delivering website projects to client satisfaction. Previous positions at Finalsite include Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, where Lisa led high-profile client projects from inception to launch. Before joining Finalsite, Lisa worked as a Senior Project Manager at Partner in Publishing/The Edvantage Group, focusing on documentation and training for educational technology, and served as a Kindergarten Teacher at Mandell Jewish Community Center. Lisa’s earlier career includes roles at Aetna and Travelers in instructional design and human factors consulting. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Design from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
