Claire Chayet has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Claire started their career as the President of Associated Students for Women's Issues from 2011 to 2013. Claire then worked as a Behavioral Health Technician at Northland Family Help Center for a brief period in 2014. Claire also served as a Board of Directors Apprentice at Victim Witness Services of Coconino County during the same year.
From 2015 to 2019, Claire worked at VILLA MONTESSORI INC as a Fundraising and Development Specialist. In this role, they successfully managed all fundraising programs and donor relationships, resulting in increased donor retention and donations across annual campaigns.
Following this, Claire became the Executive Director of Steps of Love in 2019. Claire played a crucial role in launching program management and fundraising departments, leading to the organization's growth and acquisition by a larger non-profit. During their tenure, Claire also set strategic goals, implemented effective planning, and diversified efforts to maximize ROI.
In 2020, Claire joined Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation as a Program Director. In this position, they managed multiple programs, donors, and volunteers, and achieved a record-breaking fundraising amount in FY22.
Currently, Claire is working as a Customer Success Manager at Schola since April 2023.
Claire Chayet attended Northern Arizona University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Women's and Gender Studies, and Spanish.
