Courtney Oltman is a highly experienced Bridge Engineer with a career spanning several years in the field of civil engineering. Currently employed at FIGG since June 2007, Courtney specializes in the design, detailing, and construction of large segmental structures and has contributed to both superstructure and substructure designs for major bridge projects. Prior experience includes working as a Bridge Engineer at Neel-Schaffer and URS Corporation. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering, both obtained from the University of Cincinnati.
