Seangmeng Chea's work experience begins in 2014 as a Team Leader at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd, where they were responsible for food handling, maintaining a fast-paced environment, and overseeing store closures and openings. In 2016, they worked as a Sandwich Maker at Subway. In 2017, they joined EAST CONSTRUCTION as a Draftsperson, assisting civil engineers with various design and improvement projects. They also conducted on-site visits to monitor project progress. In 2018, they worked as a Kitchen Staff at Rolld Australia Pty Ltd. Currently, in 2019, they are employed as a Project Engineer at Delta Group Pty Ltd.

Seangmeng Chea completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at RMIT University from 2014 to 2016. Following this, from 2018 to 2019, Seangmeng attended Navitas College of Public Safety for a Professional Year in Civil Engineering.
