Kami helped open Fieldwork LA-Orange County in 1994. She became President of this branch in 2005.

Later she had the opportunity to oversee and complete the renovation and expansion of the OC office. Kami feels the success of her office is based on the fact that she has assembled a staff that is truly dedicated to the success of Fieldwork.

Kami is a current member of the Insights Association Southern California chapter.
