Mark Mahoney is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in construction lending and asset management. Currently serving as Vice President of Construction Lending at Fidelity Bank since May 2015, Mahoney specializes in sourcing and underwriting builder lines for residential construction projects. Prior roles include Asset Manager at PNC, where management of asset recovery efforts encompassed commercial real estate and builder lines across multiple states, and significant contributions as an Asset Manager on an FDIC pre-planning team at SolomonEdwards. With a strong foundation in commercial real estate from positions at Franklin Bank and Washington Mutual, Mahoney's career is supported by an MBA in Finance and Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business and a BS in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
