Jessica Mitchell currently works at TransPecos Banks, SSB as part of the Quality Control Shared Services team since August 2023. Previously, Jessica held the position of Post Closer at Frost from August 2022 to August 2023 and worked at USAA Real Estate from June 2007 to July 2022 as a Post Closer and Mortgage Processor. Jessica also served in the US Army as a Corporal from January 2007 to January 2012. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from American Military University.
