Eder Da Silva has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Eder began their career at EDF (UK), where they held various roles including Customer Service Adviser, Manager, Data Steward - Customer Operations, Data Lead, and Data Engineer. Eder then joined BSI as a Lead Data Steward from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Eder is working at Fidelity International as the Senior Manager - Financial Crime Hub Data Lead, where they lead data-driven initiatives to enhance and optimize operations within the Financial Crime Hub domain. Eder collaborates with domain leaders and wider data teams to tackle data challenges, shape business outcomes, and foster a data-centric culture.

Eder Da Silva completed a Postgraduate degree in Data Management - DAMA DMBoK Framework from The Open University in the year 2020. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they obtained a Foundation degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UEL - Universidade Estadual de Londrina. In addition to their educational achievements, Eder also holds certifications in Data Management Fundamentals from FIT Academy and Learning Data Governance from LinkedIn, both obtained in 2022.
