Erika Maclean, CFA, currently serves as a Senior ESG Stewardship Analyst at Mackenzie Investments since April 2023. Previously, Erika held multiple roles at Fidelity Canada, including Investment Analyst and Senior Financial Analyst in Decision Support from September 2018 to April 2023, along with earlier positions as a Financial Analyst Co-op and Financial Analyst. Erika began the career at WSP in Canada as a Finance Co-op and has experience as a Policy and Programs Assistant with the Ontario Ministry of Transportation. Erika's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Finance Major from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University, completed in 2018, and a high school diploma from Newmarket High School.
