Dimas Ardiansyah is an experienced Account Manager at PT Mega Akses Persada (FiberStar) since February 2020, focusing on client acquisition, business strategy development for the Internet market, and fostering relationships with existing clients. Prior to this role, Dimas served as Regional Sales Head at PT Asuransi Bintang Tbk from December 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities included creating sales plans, analyzing market trends, and training new sales personnel. Dimas also held the title of Sales Head, developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships in the insurance sector. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Officer at PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika, where planning, production development, and relationship management with brokers and banks were key tasks. Dimas holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universitas Trisakti, earned in 2004.
