Judy Rose has a diverse work experience in the fields of economic development and finance. Judy started their career in 1992 as an Economic Development Director at the City of Huntington, West Virginia, where they oversaw the development of Kinetic Park and secured project financing. In 2001, they joined the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for marketing and educating financial institutions on credit policies and advance programs. Judy also represented the bank and made presentations at conferences and public venues. Judy's experience includes securing millions of dollars in funding and successfully managing development projects.
Judy Rose attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Bank Management. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Public Administration with a specialization in Community and Economic Development as a HUD Fellow at Eastern Kentucky University. Judy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Marshall University.
