Kuae Noel Kelch has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Prior to this, Kuae served as the National President of Mocha Moms, Inc., a non-profit support organization for mothers of color. In this role, they oversaw the organization's operations and managed a team of board members, regional directors, state coordinators, and chapter presidents. Other notable experiences include working as an Editorial Producer at CNN, where they booked guests and developed news segments for the morning show "New Day", and as a News Editor at SWNS. Kuae also has experience as a writer/blogger at HuffPost and as a Booking Producer at ARISE TV. Kuae Noel Kelch pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their high school education at Philadelphia High School For Girls from 1979 to 1983. Kuae Noel then attended Howard University from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Print Journalism. Continuing their educational journey, Kuae enrolled at Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism from 1992 to 1993, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Journalism.
