Peer Steinhauer-Findorff is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in the maritime industry. Currently serving as Project Manager for Customer Projects at Fette Compacting GmbH since September 2023, Peer previously held the position of Senior Manager (Teamleader) for Commissioning and Retrofit at SKF Marine from April 2022 to August 2023. Between May 2016 and April 2022, Peer worked as a Senior Project Engineer at MV WERFTEN, focusing on coordinating Alternative Design Assessments and nautical tasks for Global Transfer. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at Nordic Yards from June 2011 to May 2016, where responsibilities included technical and commercial assessments of vessel designs. Peer holds a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Shipbuilding and Maritime Technology from Fachhochschule Kiel.
