Roberto Manzini's work experience begins in 2008 when they joined Gruppo B&T. Roberto started as a Proposal Engineer and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager for Sanitary Ware. In 2012, they became the Technical Director for Sanitary Ware and held this position until 2021. During their time at Gruppo B&T, they also served as the Engineering Director and currently holds the position of Business Unit Director starting in January 2023. In 2020, they briefly worked at ANCORA S.P.A. as an Engineering Manager.
Roberto Manzini obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bologna Business School in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Laurea Specialistica in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, which they completed between 2002 and 2008.

Every year Gruppo B&T invests 5% of its turnover in Research and Development, most of which is carried out in the modern bt-LAB in Formigine, home to the laboratories and the four pilot lines of the various technologies. In addition, it provides customers with a complete and personalized technical service, from the design of the layout up to the realization of the turnkey plant, including maintenance and upgrading of existing production lines.
