Mark Gibson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and organizational development within the pharmaceutical and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since April 2016, Mark leads and implements training curriculums through the Learning Management System, while also facilitating technology training and supporting HR functions. Prior roles include positions at Fitch Ratings as a Global Learning and Development Specialist and Allergan as a Global Learning Management Systems Analyst, where Mark was responsible for developing compliance training plans and maintaining accurate training records. Previous experience also includes work as a Learning Management/Quality Systems Analyst at Ethicon, Inc.
