Stefano Damini has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Stefano is currently serving as the Head of Pricing and Marketing Analytics at Fedrigoni Paper. Before this, Stefano worked at Ferrero, where they held various positions ranging from Global Head of Pricing to Senior Manager of Customer & Channel Development. In these roles, they were responsible for leading transformational sales projects, redesigning the Route to Market (RTM) projects, managing distributor transitions, and developing group best practices. Prior to their time at Ferrero, Stefano worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Italia and as a Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney.

Stefano Damini has a Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Udine. Stefano then pursued a Master's degree in Management Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2011. In 2009, they participated in the Erasmus program at the University of Vaasa, where they studied International Business for a year. Additionally, they were an Engineering student at Scuola Superiore dell'Università degli Studi di Udine from 2005 to 2011.
