Harish Kakarala serves as a Supervising Member and Physician Member at the State Medical Board of Ohio since May 2019 and holds a Fellowship at the Federation of State Medical Boards since July 2019. As Co-Founder of VIO Med Spa since January 2018, Harish contributes to an innovative brand in the medical spa industry, emphasizing high-quality products and services. Additionally, Harish has a long-standing academic role as Clinical Professor of Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) since August 2002 and Clinical Assistant Professor at Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine since July 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General from June 2015 to September 2017. Harish Kakarala earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from NEOMED in 1996 and a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences from The University of Akron in 1992.
