Mark Weber is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving on the Board of Directors at Horizon Global Corporation since April 2019 and as Chief Operating Officer at Federal Signal Corporation since January 2018, Mark has a strong track record in operational management. Previously, Mark held positions including President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Director at Supreme Corporation from May 2013 to December 2017, and Group President at Federal Signal Corporation from March 1996 to May 2013. Mark's career also includes a role as Director of Operations at Cummins Engine Company from June 1979 to March 1996. Mark holds an Executive Management degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, an Executive MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
