Darnecia Pierce, M.A., PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished professional in organizational effectiveness and human resources with extensive experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since 2013, where roles have included Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Culture, Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Talent Consultant.
