Qing Tian is an experienced professional with a strong background in public policy and finance. Currently, Qing serves in the Board of Directors Office at China Development Bank, a position held since July 2015, and previously worked as an Account Manager in the bank's Shanghai Branch from October 2015 to October 2016. Additional experience includes a Primary Research Internship at Hillhouse Capital, various roles at Brown University, and consulting positions with organizations such as the Global Environment Facility and the World Bank Group. Qing holds a Master of Public Policy from Brown University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Art from Peking University.
