Rita Lee is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at the Federal Aviation Administration since February 2022, Rita plays a key role in supporting the mission to provide the safest and most efficient aerospace system globally. Prior to this, Rita held multiple roles, including Executive Recruiter and Manager of Talent Acquisition, at the United States Postal Service from May 2015 to February 2022, contributing to one of the largest employers in the U.S. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Colonial Parking, Inc. and as an Executive Recruiter at SNI Companies, where Rita was part of a rapidly growing employment services company.
