Jill Copanas has extensive experience in the parts and inventory management sector, currently serving as a Support Analyst at FDC Solutions, Inc. since February 2011, where support is provided to Caterpillar dealers with a focus on the Parts area of business systems. Prior to this role, Jill was the Parts & Facility Manager at Milton CAT from January 2004 to December 2010, overseeing operations for the Parts department in Syracuse, NY, and managing warehouse and customer service supervisors.
