James Judge is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney at the Fayette Commonwealth's Attorney's Office since March 2020. Prior to this role, James worked as an Assistant Attorney General in the Criminal Appeals Division at the Kentucky Attorney General's Office from April 2018 to March 2020. James also held the position of Associate Attorney at Dell & Dean, PLLC, focusing on personal injury and employment law from November 2014 to January 2018, and at The Law Offices of Christopher J. Cassar, P.C., where responsibilities included personal injury, criminal defense, immigration, and civil litigation from June 2012 to October 2014. James holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Fordham University.
