Rachel Copeland is a seasoned communications and human resources professional currently serving as Communications Coordinator at Tiger Correctional Services since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles as an Interventionist and Substitute Teacher at Jonesboro Public Schools from September 2018 to October 2020, and as a Project Assistant at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company from June 2017 to September 2018. Rachel's career also includes a tenure as Site Director at Camp Raider from August 2013 to July 2016. Rachel earned a degree in Strategic Communications from Arkansas State University, completing studies in 2022.
