Nancy Williams began their work experience in 2002 at Bank of America as a Unit Manager, where they worked until 2014. In 2019, they joined Fay Servicing, LLC as an AVP, Customer Service.

Nancy Williams attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Nancy completed their degree program between 1983 and 1985. Prior to completing their degree, Nancy also attended the same university in 1983, studying Marketing.
