Ron Secrist currently serves as Managing Director and Global Head of Client Experience at Citi, a position held since September 2022, also overseeing USPB Client Experience. Prior to Citi, Ron accumulated over 23 years of experience at Capital One, where roles included Managing Vice President and Vice President of Digital Customer Experience, as well as senior leadership positions focused on mobile and social media strategies. At Capital One, Ron spearheaded initiatives that improved online marketing conversion rates and managed substantial marketing budgets, effectively leading cross-functional teams to enhance product and operational efficiencies. Early career experience included a role at the Cooper Center for Public Service as Assistant Conference Coordinator. Ron holds a BA in Economics and American Government from the University of Virginia.
