Keren McNally is an experienced marketing and communication professional, currently serving as the Manager of Marketing & Communication (Global) at Fathom since April 2021. Additionally, Keren is a member of the Product Marketing Alliance and participated as a judging panelist for the Australian Service Excellence Awards with the CSIA Customer Service Institute of Australia from July to September 2023. Keren previously operated a consultancy, Keren McNally Communication, from 1999 to December 2022, focusing on special projects, strategy, and corporate communication. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Consultant for the Queensland Government, where responsibilities spanned various departments, and as a PR & Media Relations Consultant at Millar Corporate Communication. Keren holds a Bachelor of Business in Communication (Public Relations) from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 1996 and 1998.
