Ma. Cecilia Vidal, MICB, has extensive experience in customer support and accounting, currently serving as Customer Support Manager for the Americas at Fathom since June 2020. Prior roles at Fathom include Customer Support Lead and Senior Support Specialist. Simultaneously, Ma. Cecilia has worked at Cloudstaff since June 2020 as a Senior Accountant and Accounting Officer. Previous experience includes positions at Wallem Group as Account Executive and at Jenra Incorporated as Accounting Assistant. Ma. Cecilia earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Technology from the University of Pangasinan, graduating in 2015.
