Suzanne Sterling-Denson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within prominent global corporations. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Boys Town since June 2019, Suzanne previously held the same title at West Corporation where responsibilities included project managing IVR, text, and SMS applications and creating an onboarding process with a team site using Office 365. With a robust career beginning at CSG, which included roles as Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst/Senior Account Manager, Suzanne has a proven track record of driving organizational success through effective collaboration and process improvement. Suzanne holds degrees in Computer Programming from the Nebraska Institute of Computer Science and has undertaken PMP preparation in Project Management and Business Management at Metropolitan Community College and the University of Nebraska at Omaha, respectively.
