Rob Eaton MCIOB is an experienced manager in the construction and operations sector with a focus on safety and efficiency. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager and previously as Customer Operations Manager at Canal & River Trust since August 2012, Rob leads a team responsible for diverse services including the operation of locks and bridges, as well as maintenance and construction projects across complex waterways. Prior to this role, Rob owned Firmus Projects, providing property maintenance and consultancy, and served as Projects Manager at Ian Williams Ltd, overseeing a significant Decent Homes scheme. Additionally, Rob held positions at Beard, where responsibilities spanned business development and managing a new security division.
