Heidi Bedgar has a solid work experience history. Heidi started working at MetLife in 1994, where they held various roles including Nurse Consultant, Manager, Director of Clinical & Specialty Operations, AVP - Disability Site Leader, and AVP- Disability Service Delivery. During their time at MetLife, they oversaw operational effectiveness, supervised administration of products, and guided a team of product experts. In 2017, they joined FastTrack as the Director of Account Management. Heidi then progressed to Vice President of Client Solutions & Services and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Client Services.

Heidi Bedgar has a strong education background in nursing. Heidi attended Saint Elizabeth College of Nursing from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) degree.
