Jillian Badanes is a seasoned professional in growth, innovation, and product development, currently serving as the Lead Growth & Innovation for the Americas at Swiss Re Reinsurance Solutions since January 2017. Jillian previously held the position of Vice President, Product Development Manager within Swiss Re's P&C Solutions Americas team. Prior to Swiss Re, Jillian was self-employed as a Marketing Consultant for ecommerce and software startups. Other notable positions include Director of Marketing at Viraltag Inc., Associate at Techstars focusing on Internet of Things startups, and internships at Google and Discovery Inc. Jillian holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA from The George Washington University in Media and Public Affairs.
