Vince DeFlavia is currently the Regional Leader at Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. Vince has a wealth of experience in the transportation and engineering industry, previously holding positions such as Principal at the same company and Sales Director at Bentley Systems, Inc. Vince has also served as the Athletic Director at St. Eleanor's CYO and as the Mid-Colonial District President at ITE. Vince holds a MSCE from Villanova University.
