Gerri Elixman has over three decades of experience in customer support and technical management. Currently, Gerri serves as a Customer Success Manager at Farm Credit Financial Partners, Inc., where responsibilities include managing a team that supports over 2,000 employees, developing training programs for new technical support staff, and coordinating software updates. Gerri has held multiple roles within the organization, including Service Director and Technical Support Manager. Prior experience includes various positions at Northwest Farm Credit Services, focusing on software and hardware technical support, team leadership, and quality administration. Gerri holds an MBA from Gonzaga University and degrees in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University and Wenatchee Valley College.
