Hector Hernandez serves as the Vice President of Operations at Far West Services, LLC since February 2022. In addition to this role, Hector has been a Regional Operator for Veggie Grill, Inc. since October 2015 and holds the position of Vice President-Partner at Tlaquepaque Mexican Restaurant since January 2012. Previously, Hector worked as VP Operations - Partner at Hook Burger from August 2010 to January 2012, and as Regional Operator at The Habit Burger Grill from March 2008 to August 2010. Hector also served as Regional Operator at Pick Up Stix from March 2006 to March 2008, and at Baja Fresh from January 1998 to April 2006.
